1.
Posting for the first time?
To post a
message at CampusBB, you have to register first. First, Choose your
school and register there. Go to "How
to Register" for more registration information.

If you are already registered...
Choose
a category for your item or event. For example, if you want to list
an advertisement for laptop sale, choose "Computer" category
from home page or Click "Campus Bulletin Board" link under the
login menu (you can see the "Computer" link here). Then, click
the "Post new topic" link on the right. If you are not logged
in, you will be prompted to login. (If you are using different skins,
you may see "New Topic" button instead.)
3.
If you want to ask a question about another member's message...
You can choose
to reply. See How to reply
for details.
4.
Can I post a picture of my car or furniture?
Currently
we do not support "uploading pictures" to our server. However,
you can use image tag for HTML within your message to show image file(s)
from the existing location like:
<img
src="http://yourServer.com/images/uwmadison.jpg">
During the
preview after submitting the message, you will see how it looks on the
CampusBB.
5.
What happens if I choose to lock my posting?
Then, no
one can reply to your posting. If you don't have any special reason not
to receive any reply for your posting, leave this option as default (unlocked).
