What is required to register at CampusBB?
CampusBB
is for campus community only. Currently, students, employees and faculties at CMU,
U-Pitt, UW-Madison, UT-Austin, Wright State Univ., Texas A&M, Ohio State Univ.,
Univ. of Iowa, Michigan State Univ., and Indiana Univ. can use this bulletin
board. To post a message, what you need is
a valid email address and a new
password (for CampusBB) only. You will receive a confirmation email from
CampusBB right after the the registration. If you DO NOT provide a valid
email address and the confirmation email is bounced back, then your
registration can be cancelled without any advance notice.
After registration, you can change your
profile for "Hidden email", "Name", "Change password",
"Your home page", "ICQ number", and "Signature".
Changing your profile after registration is optional.

Who can use CampusBB?
All the campus
community members are welcome to use CampusBB including students, faculties,
and employees. If someone posts commercial advertisements from outside
Campus Communities,
CampusBB will try to delete them as we want to keep this bulletin board
for campus community. So, when you have a transaction through this campus
bulletin board, make sure you check their contact information. All the
transactions through Campus Bulletin Board are under users' control and
CampusBB has no liability in any way for fraud or fraudulent payment.
If you think a seller looks suspicious (such as do not give any contact
information), don't buy anything from him/her and let us know the seller's
user ID. We will try to contact the seller to resolve the problem. Do
not pay for your transaction until you are certain about the items from
the seller.
3.
How can I register?
Just choose
your school first and click register link on the top. You will be prompted
to input your email address and create a new password. That's all. You
can change your profile later to update your contact information, etc.
